The office is generally open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During the summer months of June through August, the Office observes “Summer Hours,” which are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 

     The Main Office, which includes the County Court Office, Local Court Office, Bad Check Unit and Investigation Unit, is located in the George Harvey Justice Building, 4^th Floor, 45 Hawley Street, Binghamton, New York 13901. All staff members, except for the Assistant District Attorney and secretary assigned to Binghamton City Court, have offices in the George Harvey Justice Building. The Assistant District Attorney and secretary assigned to the Binghamton City Court have an office on the Fifth Floor of Binghamton City Hall, near the City Court facilities.
