CLARIFICATIONS/CORRECTIONS:
I-88 is now open in Oneonta EB, WB and all ramps in Otsego County
I-88 EB CLOSED Exit 12 (Otego)  exit 13 to Exit 15 (Oneonta/Rt 23/28). We have installed a message board prior to Exit 11 directing thru traffic to use Exit 11: Rte 357 to rte 28 North.

A diving inspection was conducted on this bridge on 9-2-2011. Some scour occurred along the abutment footings; however, there is no undermining of the abutments. This bridge can be opened to 2 lanes of traffic once the approaches are repaired. (R LaCourt 9/7/11)
