BILL GAITHER & FRIENDS HOMECOMING CONCERT POSTPONED
Due to the severe flooding and power outages in Binghamton, NY, the Gaither Homecoming
concert, originally scheduled for Saturday, September 10 at the Broome County Arena in
Binghamton, has been postponed. The new date is set for Sunday, December 4, 2011 at
2:30pm.
The rescheduled date will be a special Gaither Christmas Homecoming, featuring the
artists originally scheduled for September 10, as well as additional performers, who will
delight fans with traditional Gospel favorites, as well as Christmas classics. "Our hearts and
prayers go out to every family impacted by the flooding," said Bill Gaither. "We look forward to
returning to Binghamton on December 4 for a matinee concert.”
Fans who have already purchased tickets for the September 10 date can keep those tickets,
and they will be honored on the December 4 date. There is no need to exchange tickets for
the new date. For those who are unable to attend the concert on the new date, refunds will be
available at the point of purchase of the original ticket. For those fans who have not yet
purchased tickets, tickets for the new date of December 4 will go on-sale to the public on
Friday, September 16.
Additional information regarding the new Gaither Homecoming Christmas Tour stop on
Sunday, December 4, at Broome County Arena in Binghamton is available online at
www.premierproductions.com or www.gaither.com. Tickets may be purchased by calling
1-800-745-3000. Tickets are also available at the Broome County Box Office and all
Ticketmaster locations.
Please do not call or attempt to go to the Arena as the Arena and surrounding roadways are
closed. Ticket holders may go to www.broomearena.com for further details as they become
available.
