Brennan issues executive orders
Broome County Executive Patrick Brennan has ordered no recreational use of the waterways in Broome County.
In order to do this, a Declaration of Emergency had to be made. The specific orders are limited to a prohibition of the use of waterways for recreational purposes, travel on roads where power lines are down, and on any premises that is evacuated.
