(Binghamton- NY) Broome County Executive Barbara J. Fiala and County Legislators will host an inauguration ceremony at the Forum located in downtown Binghamton on Thursday, January 1^st 2009. The ceremony will begin at 11am. County Executive Barbara J. Fiala along with nineteen County Legislators will take the oath of office. The community is encouraged and welcomed to attend the ceremony.
