(BINGHAMTON, NY) Colesville Road in the Town of Colesville will close for construction at 7am on August 17^th, 2009 and is scheduled to reopen at 4pm on August 21^st, 2009. Road construction will be carried out to replace a crossing culvert on Colesville Rd. This project will replace Culvert No. 24 - 4.46. A certificate of highway closure has been submitted and approved for the completion of the project. The culvert location is approximately 4.46 miles east of the NYS Route 11 intersection with Colesville Road.
