There is an emergency water conservation order in effect for all public water systems in the City of Binghamton, the Town of Vestal, the Town of Dickinson, the Town of Fenton, the Town of Kirkwood, the Town of Conklin and the Town of Union. This includes customers of the Endicott and Johnson City water systems.
