The Small Business Development Center's mission is to assist entrepreneurs, business and industry in the solution to their problems, which leads to increased business investment and job creation for the community and increased profits for the entrepreneur.
Its goal is to deliver the highest quality, pro bono, confidential business counseling; training; and research services to small business owners and managers within New York State.
And, to contribute to the stability and growth of the small business sector of the economy in the host community and in New York State.
Operating for over 21 years, the Center offers Start-up Assistance; Business Plan Development; Accounting and Financial Expertise; Sources of Financing; Marketing; and Business Expansion, Valuation and Relocation assistance. The SBDC can work with any small business other than not-for-profits or speculative real estate ventures
