The Broome County Health Department has a sufficient amount of flu vaccine available and will provide this last flu clinic for adults on January 7, 2009. No appointment is necessary. The fee for the flu vaccination is $30 payable at the time of service by cash or check (debit or credit cards are not accepted). There is no out of pocket fee for adults 65 and older on Medicare Part B.

Vaccinations for pneumonia will also be available for people 65 and older on Medicare Part B with no out of pocket cost. Individuals on Medicare must present all insurance cards to staff at the clinic. The $30 fee applies to all Medicare Advantage Plan participants.
