BINGHAMTON, NY – The Broome County Health Department’s Tobacco Control and Lead Prevention Programs, in partnership with ACCORD, A Center for Dispute Resolution, and Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County’s Save Energy, Save Dollars Program are coordinating a Landlord Seminar. The Landlord Seminar will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at the Broome County Health Department located at 225 Front Street, Binghamton, NY. The purpose of the seminar is to provide landlords with information to assist them in increasing property values, lowering energy, maintenance and repair costs, adopting smoke free policies, and preventing childhood lead poisoning including renovating lead surfaces correctly.
