Hooper Road Intersection Improvements
(Binghamton, NY) Beginning Monday, August 23, 2010 and concluding Monday, November 1, 2010, various sites on Hooper Road will be under construction. Work hours will be 7:00 am to 3:30 pm – Monday thru Friday.
Work will consist of constructing a right turn lane from Hooper Road to Country Club Road with related infrastructure improvements; upgrading of signal lights at the intersections of Hooper Road & Country Club Road, and Hooper Road & Farm-to Market Road. Expect some lane closures, to avoid delays, it is advised to seek alternate routes.
