(Binghamton, NY) Chairman of the Broome County Legislature Daniel D. Reynolds (D- Vestal) will present awards to Green Initiative Recognition recipients during the Legislative Session on Thursday, April 22, 2010 at 5:00 P.M. in the Legislative Chamber on the Sixth Floor of the Broome County Office Building. The ceremony will involve the presentation of proclamations to twelve local organizations that will be recognized this year.

 

The organizations have been nominated by Broome County residents and their nominations were evaluated by the staff of the Legislature using a general survey that identified their environmentally friendly practices.
