PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the applicable provisions of law, a public hearing will be held on the question of the approval and adoption of the following Local Law:

RESOLUTION ADOPTING LOCAL LAW INTRODUCTORY NO. 3 OF 2010, ENTITLED: "LOCAL LAW AMENDING CHAPTER 85 OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE LOCAL LAWS, AS AMENDED, REGARDING TAXICAB REGULATIONS."

said Local Law having been adopted by the Broome County Legislature on, March 18, 2010, public hearing to be held before the Broome County Executive on April 6, 2010 at 10:00 am, in the Broome County Legislative Chambers, Sixth Floor, Edwin L. Crawford County Office Building, Government Plaza, 60 Hawley Street, Binghamton, New York.
