The January meeting of the Broome County Legislature's Economic Development & Planning Committee will be held in the Legislative Conference Room on the 6th Floor of the Broome County Office Building.  This meeting will include a presentation by Frank Evangelisti on the Brownfield Opportunity Area Program in the First Ward.
