It's a great honor to have been elected by my fellow Legislators as their Chairman.  This is an honor that I take seriously and that I will undertake dutifully.

The Broome County Legislature is a fully participating partner with the Executive branch in delivering outstanding services in a cost effective manner.  The County is blessed with an outstanding workforce of dedicated public servants.  I'll continue the tradition of past Chairman by pushing the County to improve its financial situation and delivery of services.
