Daniel J. Reynolds was elected in 2010 to serve the 18^th Legislative District, which is the newly created 5^th Legislative District. The district includes portions of the Town of Vestal.

Dan’s legislative duties have him serving as the Chairman of the Personnel Committee, which overseas County Civil Service, County employees, including salaries, wages and all other employee benefits and terms and conditions of employment, labor negotiations and confirmation of Executive appointments. He also serves as a member of the County Administration and Finance Committees.

Dan currently services as Director of Operations for Northwestern Mutual, the Binghamton Group and he brings small business ownership experience with him as he owns MacRaghnaill Communications Marketing & Design.

Prior to Dan's election to the County Legislature, he served as Chief of Staff to Assemblyman Bob Warner, Deputy Elections Commissioner for Broome County and Legislative Assistant to Assemblyman Richard Miller.

Dan received his Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in Public Administration from Binghamton University and is a graduate of Vestal High School. He, his wife Amy and their daughter reside in the Town of Vestal.
