Beginning its seventh season, 'The Hungry Ear", a free library program celebrating the art of the short story, presents its February program, the theme for the month is love and romance. Evelyn Waugh's LOVE IN THE SLUMP, about a honeymoon gone awry will be read by Jim Hull.  Joshua Ferris' THE VALETUDINARIAN (one whose main concern is his sickly state) will be told by Heidi Weeks.  The characters in these tales will take you on a different path to romance!  Come and be transported!  We call it 'a cocktail hour for the mind'.  This is a free program and open to the public.  For further information call the library at 607-778-6451.
