BINGHAMTON, NY - The Broome County Division of Solid Waste Management will host an open house at the Broome County Landfill, 286 Knapp Road, Binghamton, NY on Saturday, September 27th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The public is invited to tour the landfill, view displays, take part in hands on activities and enjoy BBQ lunch. Participants will learn about the hazardous waste facility, the new landfill construction, leachate facility, composting operation and day to day landfill operations.
