BC Transit and the drivers of the Amalgamated Transit Union will be collecting new toys to donate to this year's "Toys For Tots" drive. On Friday, December 12th from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. BC Transit's Trolley will be parked at the Transit Junction on Hawley St. in downtown Binghamton. Transit riders may drop off a new toy on the trolley and receive a pass for one free bus ride, good only Friday, December 12th. In addition to a free bus ride toy donors will also automatically qualify for a drawing for a $30 gift card from Giant Food Markets. Riders who are unable to stop at the Transit Junction can give their toy to their bus driver who will provide them with a free bus trip or a full transfer.
