Office for Aging is offering a 10-week health and wellness package to residents who are 55 years of age and over. It’s called Aging Mastery Program® and was developed by National Council on Aging (NCOA). The goal of this program is to empower older adults to make and maintain small but impactful changes as they navigate longer lives. We’re looking for 30 adults to participate in what we hope will be an ongoing program. Topics covered include:
Participants can expect group discussion, expert advice, personal goal setting, a reward system for participation, and fun. To learn more or to register by August 14, contact Joan S. at 607-778-2411.
