Tai Chi for Arthritis at Northern Broome

Tai chi is an art and an exercise from ancient China that was created based on the laws of nature. Most people practice tai chi for health and relaxation. Tai Chi for Arthritis, a program developed by Dr. Paul Lam and medical experts, uses gentle Sun-style tai chi routines that are safe, easy to learn and suitable for beginners.

This eight-week program will meet twice a week for one hour and is designed to not only be relaxing, but enjoyable, too! The class is free but does require pre-registration as space is limited. Please sign up at Northern Broome Senior Center or by calling Sarah at 778-2411.
