BINGHAMTON, NY - The Broome County Department of Public Works announced that a portion of Park Avenue in the Town of Binghamton will be closed to all traffic for a culvert replacement project beginning Monday, July 12th at 8:00am. It is anticipated the road will reopen on Sunday, July 18th at 7:00pm. Local traffic may continue to use Park Avenue except during the time noted.

The culvert is approximately 3.30 miles south of the Vestal Avenue intersection with Park Avenue and 0.25 miles north of the Carmen Road intersection with Park Avenue.
