Health Department to Host Open House at New Building
BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - Broome County Executive Jeffrey P. Kraham and Public Health Director Charles H. Wolford invite the community to attend an Open House at the new Broome County Health Department building, 225 Front Street, Binghamton.
The Open House will take place on Friday, July 28, 2000 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the new location, on the corner of Front and Clinton Streets.
State and local dignitaries will be on hand to celebrate the opening of the new building. A formal welcome will take place at 3:30 p.m. in the Main Conference Room. Health Department staff will provide building tours, program displays, and health related activities. Refreshments will be served.
Plenty of free parking is available. The building is located on either the Number 7 Clinton Street bus line or the Number 8 Front Street bus line. In preparation for the Open House, no Health Department services will be available after 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 28, 2000. A regular schedule of services will resume on Monday, July 31, 2000.
