Village Of Endicott Boil Water Advisory Lifted
BINGHAMTON, NY - The Broome County Health Department was notified by the Village of Endicott Water Department that the boil water advisory issued on 9/23/03 has been lifted as of 9:30 a.m., today, September 26, 2003. A notice of the correction will be hand delivered today, September 26, 2003 to the affected customers by the Village of Endicott Water Department.
Customers of the Village of Endicott Water Department were notified on 9/23/03 of a problem with the drinking water and were advised to boil their water before using. This advisory affected areas at Union Center Highway north of Ann McGuiness School, Lake Drive, Elsie Drive, Payne Road, Sandra Drive, Leon Drive below Minor Circle, and Ellen Drive. The Village Water Department reported that the problem has been corrected and it is no longer necessary to boil water.
