Broome County Announces Road Closure because of Railroad Work

BINGHAMTON, NY - Broome County Public Works Commissioner Henry Weissmann announces that Sanitaria Springs Road(County Road 217) in the Town of Colesville will be closed from Sunday, December 10th at 4pm until Monday, December 11th at 6pm.

The road must be closed so that work crews can repair the railroad trestle. Local traffic will still be allowed to use the road up until the point where it will be closed. The railroad location is approximately .02 miles south of where Circle Drive intersects with Sanitaria Springs Road.
