The Broome County Office for Aging and CDPHP are sponsoring Mission Meltaway, a team approach to weight loss, to help participants “Lose “12” in 2012.” Each session includes one hour of nutrition and physical activity education plus goal setting and action planning. Participants are asked to arrive early or stay after to be weighed-in.
