  • Broome County Transit
    • everyone boarding the bus must wear a mask
    • will resume collecting fares on Monday, June 15.

      • seating will be limited to reduce possible transmission of COVID-19
      • beginning 6/15, front door access will be available again

      • all senior housing shopper buses are canceled due to “social distancing” rules. Only two people on the bus at a time (in addition to the driver).

        • provides financial assistance for individuals without Medicaid for transportation to medical appointments.
        • During the Covid-19 Pandemic, Getthere can provide transportation to pick up prescriptions, food, and other essential goods and services clients may need. Delivery services are also available for food and prescriptions when a client can't travel, or it is not safe for them to travel.
      • Medicaid Voucher Program- a referral based program that can assist with transportation to health related needs not covered by Medicaid.
