Broome County Fire Advisory Board - The purpose of this board is to act as an advisory body to the County Executive, County Legislature, and the Fire Coordinator of Broome County in connection with any County Fire Service Programs. The Board consists of twenty-one (21) members, all who shall be appointed annually for one (1) year terms by the County Executive and confirmed by County Legislature. Three (3) such Board Members so appointed shall be members of the Broome County Legislature, Nine (9) such Board Members appointed shall be members of the Board of Directors of the Broome County Fire Chief's Association, and Nine (9) shall be members of the Board of Directors of the Broome County Firefighters' Association.
