BINGHAMTON, NY - Broome County is pleased to announce a pair of public information meetings on the Binghamton Intermodal Transit Terminal. There has been substantial progress on the project, in terms of both preliminary design and the formal environmental documentation required under Federal law.

People attending the meeting will be able to view the site plan and the preliminary design concepts of the terminal building, floor plan, and bus platforms.

Representatives of Broome County, the Binghamton Metropolitan Transportation Study, and the project design consultants will present the findings of the environmental assessment for the project, as well as the preliminary design of the terminal.

Public comment is welcome on both the design and the environmental assessment.
