BINGHAMTON, NY - The Broome County Veteran's Memorial Arena has a hit country line-up this fall. Kicking it off is America's "Redneck Woman:" Gretchen Wilson. She will be bringing her There Goes the Neighborhood Tour to Binghamton Sunday, September 16th. Joining Gretchen will be special guest Luke Bryan. Gretchen's performance is sure to get audience members out of their seats.
