Willow Point Nursing Home, Broome County Executive, Jeff Kraham, the Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA), County Nursing Facilities of New York (CNFNY) and Broome Tioga BOCES celebrated the success of an innovative new Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) training program being given at Willow Point Nursing Home.
