On Thursday, January 22nd an award ceremony was held by the Broome County Family Violence Prevention Council to announce the winners of the Healthy Dating Relationship Poster Contest. Posters depicting the elements of healthy dating relationships for youth were displayed by contestants from nine participating Broome County school districts at the Decker Mansion in Binghamton. . .
