Public Notice for DBE Goals for 2021-2023

Broome County has determined an overall goal of 0% of DBE participation from 2021-2023 for federal DOT-assisted transportation projects is appropriate for our market area.
A description of the goal and program is available for public review and comment at the Broome County Personnel Department, 44 Hawley St. Binghamton, NY 607.778.2222 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm and the Federal Transit Administration Region II Civil Rights Office, One Bowling Green, Room 429, New York, NY 10004-1415.
Comments will be accepted by Tom Behan, DBE Liason Officer, Broome County Personnel Department, until 45 days after publication date.
